Der kan v\u00e6re tale om frav\u00e6r i form af sygdom og ferie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perioden, hvor timekravet kan opfyldes, forl\u00e6nges bagud ud over de 8 uger, med lige s\u00e5 mange dage, som dage uden arbejdstimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besk\u00e6ftigelseskravet vil derfor v\u00e6re opfyldt, hvis arbejdstimerne f\u00f8r og efter afbrydelsen er p\u00e5 mindst 74 timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I den konkrete sag har medarbejderen 2 sygeperioder, der kun afbrydes kortvarigt af fremm\u00f8de p\u00e5 arbejde, og dette giver anledning til at forl\u00e6nge opg\u00f8relsesperioden bagud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6s
